Abstract


Evidence based medicine is an important component of healthcare and helps to improve patient care.  Accreditation standards for Colleges of Pharmacy require interprofessional education and knowledge of drug information.  This article discusses evidence based medicine in healthcare and an initiative to help engage students from different institutions to help enhance student knowledge of evidence based medicine while promoting intellectual diversity.
