One always starts a new venture with some trepidation. Publishing a new Journal is not an everyday occurrence. Creating a venue for both student and academically qualified writers to share their views on global health is exciting. The minds of those being taught often challenge the teachings – and the perceptions and beliefs – of those whose profession is the shaping of minds.
