Pass the torch: A personal account from mentor to mentee
Abstract
A volunteer service experience through the Peace Corps may be one means of learning about oneself, while serving others.1,2 Both the benefits and challenges of the Peace Corps are presented. In addition, this article provides a rich description of a personal experience in South Africa from mentor to mentee.
